First impressions are everything. I chose to do a test run on my hair before I choose someone to do my daughters hair for prom next month and I chose Jess.🤦🏽‍♀️ What a disappointment. First off I was trying to reach her because being I'm not from the area I was lost and trying to find her location but she never picked up the phone. I eventually arrive 5 mins before my appointment time and she's doing somebody else hair. Didn't speak or say anything when I walked In, after I sat there for about 10mins she finally acknowledged me. And asked was I the one who booked a 12pm appointment yet didn't get started on my hair until 2pm.. Finding someone who can do a great job on your hair and can do it consistently is great find and true blessing. That's what I found when I was blessed enough to find Jess via a last minute Google search after another stylist's hair appointment fell through during my birthday week. She is professional, patient, and provides recommendations tailored to your haircare needs. She does not overbook so there is minimal to no wait periods during your scheduled appointment. I can't recommend Styled by Jess enough! Not just because she is a great stylist, but because she is a wonderful person and can slay a variety of styles including natural hairstyles. Jess and her staff go to great lengths to make sure you have an amazing salon experience.

Jess was professional and did my wig install really nice. I love it. She was able to fit me in her schedule at the last minute.
