Cynthia is my nail tech and she is just amazing. You can tell when someone enjoys what they do by the dedication they put into your nails. The staff here is welcoming and friendly. Excellent place to go unwind for a little and forget about the outside world. I guarantee you will leave feeling renewed. I highly recommend.

Style Nails Spa is definitely my favorite place to get my nails done. From the moment you enter, the atmosphere feels super clean, modern and relaxing. The staff is friendly, professional and very detailed - they really pay attention to what you want and don't rush you like in other places. I loved how they left my nails: the perfect shape, the design exactly as I asked for it and the super clean and shiny finish. In addition, the products they use feel of good quality and last a long time without being damaged. I also liked that the salon has a quiet atmosphere, good music and everything smells good, which makes the experience even better. If you are looking for a place where they treat you well, work well and come out happy with your nails, Style Nails Spa is the best. I recommend it 100

Amazing experience from start to finish! The salon is spotless, beautifully decorated, and has a very relaxing atmosphere. The staff is super friendly, professional, and detail-oriented — you can tell they really love what they do. 💅✨ I loved the quality of the products, the attention to detail, and how perfect my nails turned out. It was exactly what I asked for! I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this place to everyone!

I’ll start by saying that the lady who started my nails (I think her name was Xi) was great and very friendly/professional. The man, who I believe is the owner, came and took over doing my pedicure from her and started pointing out things that he was upset about (not cutting one cuticle all the way) and I could tell she was a bit upset by it. I’m not sure exactly what he was saying to her but it definitely didn’t seem very nice and I could tell she was upset with what he was saying. He then did my nails too (not her) and over charged me by 10$. All in All, I was not very happy with the service but it’s half my fault for not speaking up. The service I had with Xi was very nice and warm, I’d recommend her!!

Best place in Richmond hands down! Beautiful setting, very friendly staff. Prices are great
