She made me feel comfortable and truly cared for throughout the entire visit. What really stood out was how thorough she was. Jennifer performed a scalp analysis both before and after my treatment and discovered that I have what she described as a “honeycomb scalp,” meaning there was a layer of skin exposed that shouldn’t have been. Instead of sticking to the original plan, she immediately adjusted the treatment and switched the products to better suit my scalp’s needs. Saw this kind of spa going viral on TikTok and wanted to try one myself. This was better than I could’ve hoped! The space was gorgeous, clean, and peaceful. Jennifer was super kind, very knowledgeable, and thorough. The treatment itself was heavenly. I did fall asleep at a point or two (and that’s on being a toddler mom), because it was just SO relaxing. My scalp feels incredible and the SHINE! I will be back for sure. I would give her more than 5 stars if I could.

The entire service was behond relaxing, i truly felt pampered from start to finish. The scalp treatment was incredible and unlike anything I’ve ever experienced. Every step was explained, and you can tell Jennifer genuienely cares about her clients and the health of your hair and scalp. The massage alone was worth it, pure HEAVEN! I felt refreshed, stress-free, and my hair and scalp have never felt this cleanor rejuvenated. The attention to detail, the professionalism, and the calming environment made this a luxury experience.
