STAY AWAY!!! I WILL BE FILING A COMPLAINT WITH THE BOARD & BBB!!! Dude said his name was Josh but lied the front desk person RUDE & NASTY! This was my second time coming to the shop as long as you’re paying your money they are nice if you have a problem or you ask for something to be done, they get attitude and talk to you crazy. I paid for a pedicure and for my nails to be refilled and cut down on last night, and I told the person that was doing my nails, which was number 18 station that I wanted them cut down really really short, which I had prior Expressed that I will be getting them cut down when it’s time to Refill when she was doing it the first time I stated that they were pretty long and I just went with it in said OK I’ll leave them that length because it is the holiday. It was my second visit. The customer next to me was complaining about the fact that they gave her the wrong color and the employees had been talking about her in their language in front of all the customers. I waited patiently for about 45 minutes to be seated. As I’m getting my nails done the woman cuts my skin about 4 times. I brought this concern to the main employer who said they were not responsible for cuts or bleeding and would not discount. He gave me two options: stop where we were at or continue without discount. So I left halfway done with my nails. Worst customer service. Photos for evidence. Will not return and do not recommend to others. If I can give less than one star I would. Rude and unprofessional, overpriced.

I always try to get the same nail tech when I go however I’ve had a couple of different girls hook me up and they always do me justice when I go. Normally I don’t do reviews but today I was very pleased with the work I received. Thanks for doing the design I came in wanting you guys are in the right business.💙✌🏽💅🏽🔥

Great Experience this was my second time doing them with the same Lady but I didn’t catch her name super sweet and really took her time very detailed with her work. I didn’t even know you could have color French tip 10/10 will be back agin Thank you !😊 🫶

Birthday discount only applies when paying cash. Which doesn’t state anywhere in their salon nor when u sign up with their tablet or the text message they send you while still in the salon. Bet they’ll post it now though. Next time don’t bother in sending anything. I’ll pay in full without the “sorry” from the guy in the front. They also tried to overcharge me in the beginning $95 for small nails. I really liked them not going to lie plus the lady who did them apologized so that’s the only reason I gave them 2 stars. My toes are ok. I think the lady who did mine was learning cause she was clueless in setting up the jet head. It kept turning off so I didn’t get the full spa experience either.
