I had my very first Brazilian with Ngoc and she was professional, friendly, and made my experience far less anxiety ridden than I was expecting. As a larger sized person having this kind of service done is daunting, to say the least, and she made the experience fun and relaxing. I will definitely be returning.

I've been going to StudioSpa NW for maybe 6 years. I love Ngoc! She is amazing and so easy to talk to. She really knows her stuff. She saved my eyebrows! Everyone always comments on how well they are maintained and shaped. She was so amazing when I had my first Brazilian wax experience. She was great at keeping me calm as it was my first ever Brazilian wax. I don't see myself going anywhere else for waxing. And she is great at keeping up with new beauty techniques. The only way I'd stop going to StudioSpa is if I ever left the state!

I just left the facility today; for a first time visit, Ms. Parker treated and tended to my wax very well, as I have a low pain tolerance. The atmosphere is welcoming, and she gained me as a client. She genuinely cares about skincare and gives wonderful service. I will be going back. No question about it.

Ngoc is the consummate spa professional. She is SO kind, charismatic, and thorough! Finding her has been such a gift as I get milia and Thermaclear treatments help me each time. Plus I get eyelash and brow tint treatments from time to time, which always makes me feel a little extra on point😉
