Xavier’s professionalism was great. My experience with my service was absolutely amazing. From consultation on what I wanted for my service to the finishing touch everything was well spoken and understood. It was a great atmosphere. The cost of my service was just right. I love my hair and how healthy it looks. I will definitely be sending everyone to him. I was refered to him and without a doubt I will continue to go as recommended for the upkeep of my hair. i got my hair done with Xavier & i definitely recommend. he went above and beyond to make sure i was comfortable with the color, the length of the cut, etc. he is also very easy to communicate with & is very relatable. i will definitely be coming back.

I got keratin extensions here the other week. Xavier (the owner and as far as I know the only official worker bc he only takes payment through cash app so if that doesn’t scream sketchy I don’t know what does), made me wait 11 days to get them after making it seem like he could do it within 1-3 days, ordered longer and more expensive extensions, then charged me over $250 more than he originally said it would be, withheld my extensions that I paid for from me for days until I asked for a refund & then kept some of them/didn’t give me all of them and said some were damaged or something lol. On top of that they weren’t the color I wanted but by the time I got there to do them I just wanted to get them and never come back. I’m looking into legal options and leaving out over half of the other c

This guy scammed me also to tell me I don’t need to purchase Groupon for the service I wanted and it ended up that I didn’t get what I paid for and can’t go to Groupon to complaint and left never returned. Beware of this place and Xavier. He knows to trick you and talk you through the process and expect you get what you paid for which is a lot of money for like nothing. Stay away don’t go here I have regretted how I got fooled by this scam artist.

Here is honest review and experience of Xavier's salon. I went in because I had a groupon and I was really excited to get my hair done. I had a photo that I showed him and he said the usual "that's a nice color" or "that's cute" and started. No consultation whatsoever about what I should expect. Because of this, I expected something similar to the picture. We got done with the bleaching and as he was styling my hair I questioned why it was so orange and bright in the front. He said "people like it brighter in the front" - that's great but I did not ask for that and the picture I showed was clearly more subtle with the color. I kept asking about the color and why is was orange, and he said I needed to book another appointment to achieve the photo I showed him. He told me why I need multiple
