I scheduled my appointment online to get my brows waxed and tinted. I have never been inside an Ulta establishment. I felt very welcomed. Kelly listened to my wants and concerns in depth. She calmed my anxiety because I was very nervous to get my brows done with a new person and location. I am very pleased with my brows and the service that was provided. So much so that I scheduled my next appointment with Kelly. I highly recommend 👌.

Sara is phenomenal! Not only is she personable and kind, but she is incredibly detail oriented and really cares about the results! She is the ONLY person I trust to wax my eyebrows and well worth the 45 minutes of drive time. I cannot recommend her enough and the entire team at Ulta Lebanon enough!

Sara does a PHENOMENAL job doing eyebrows! I’ve had my eyebrows messed up for years, and ever since I’ve gone to her, she’s made them look AMAZING! I’m beyond happy with her work every time I get them done! I now finally have my eyebrows the way I’ve always wanted them. Sara is extremely kind, polite, and outgoing. Went in to Ulta for hair products and inquired about eyebrow lamination and ended up getting my eyebrows waxed. Which I haven't done in over 6yrs because it was to painful and I always swell up after it's done. Well big up to Kelly because she was so pleasant and gentle. Very informative about what she was doing and made me feel good about the whole process. There was no swelling and it wasn't painful.I left feeling pretty and I'll definitely be getting my brows done on the regular. Kelly your the best!!.
