I had one of the worst salon experiences of my life here. I went in excited to get my hair done, but instead, it turned into a nightmare. Stephanie completely over-bleached my hair, which caused it to break apart instantly—chunks of my hair were literally falling out. I was mortified and devastated. When I told her what was happening, she brushed it off and told me it was “completely normal.” Later, I went to another professional stylist who confirmed what I already knew—this was not normal at all. They explained that my hair had been bleached over already bleached hair, which caused the severe damage. I trusted this salon with my hair, and now I’m left with breakage and regret. I would not recommend this place to anyone who cares about the health of their hair.

I was honestly shocked at how I was treated when I walked into this salon. Stephanie was extremely rude and unprofessional from the start. I came in simply to ask about the cost of a service, but instead of being helped respectfully, she walked to the back, made fun of me, and then returned to give me the price. When I told her I’d heard what she said, she denied it, and when I stood my ground, she called me a derogatory name. At that point, I left immediately. No customer should ever be treated this way. I absolutely do not recommend this salon.

Stephanie is one of the most talented and thoughtful hairstylists I’ve ever had. I think she doesn’t charge enough and I used to drive from NY to have her do my hair. I live in PA now and obviously still loyal. As my hair has changed over the years she has guided me about what the healthiest moves and best looking moves would be! USE her if you need a new place!

Love having my hair done by Stephanie. She also cuts my son's hair. He is nervous getting haircuts and she is extremely patients. She is kind and a wonderful stylist. A+ salon!

We love Stephanie at Tres Bien. She cuts and colors my hair and cuts my kids' and husband's hair! My hair always turns out beautiful and she gives me ideas for hair problems I am having. She is also really skilled at cutting the hair of a wiggly 2 year old and making it look amazing. She and her salon are also taking comforting precautions for Covid - so we all feel safe continuing to get our hair cut! So happy I found this gem!
