Studio Nails Meijer Cascade

I live close to the nail salon so it's convenient for me to go. The first time I got my nails done the lady did a sloppy job and rushed through the process. I had to tell her literally how to do my nails. I believe in giving people more than one chance. So I went back a few more times. Today was the last straw... She scheduled me at 2:00 p.m. I arrived at 2:03 pm. She's scheduled another person right on top of me at 3:00 p.m. so when the lady came around 2:45 she began rushing! The paint job was so sloppy. Her attitude was just terrible when I asked her repeatedly to fix the nails. Her words were what now!!! I told her I couldn't believe that she's been in business this long her professionalism is void! She does not make people feel valued! Her name is Tammy. She's the only one running the

I wish I can put zero stars!!! The lady that sits in the back on right was rude, kept snatching my hands couldn’t do none of the designs I asked for!!! Then I asked for gel and she gave me something else when asked if it was gel she said yeah and the very next day my paint came off!! Wasted $50 never will I go there again!!!! Gel does not come off like this! Then she didn’t take all the old polish off and worked right over it!!!

Friendly and fast service. Got in quickly. Polish held up amazingly well. Atmosphere/ cleanliness needs improving ( extremely dated, ) but will be back as reasonable service which is hard to find in FH area.

Friday night and only 1 person working and I was the 2nd customer. The lady had to call someone for help to do a fill-in and pedicure. This all happened on 3-way while I was listening and there were multiple conversations going on while I waited for them to hang up. They don't seem to handle walk-in service well. After John, the owner showed up, I said I'd prefer a female for the pedicure. He got upset and refused to do my fill-in. It was nothing against him, I just have preferences. After trying to bargain to have him do the fill since nobody else was available, I was told by the teen/college-age girl that John doesn't know how to do hand nails good. Not sure why he showed up if he can't do them, especially since she couldn't either. After he left the lady who was there 1st apolog
