I’ve been seeing my for 8+ years and she has by far been the best hairstylist I have ever been to. From initially fixing a horrible color job that had been done by another hair studio, to teaching me how to keep my hair, healthy and always looking fabulous. I will never go to another hairstylist and will keep her as long as I possibly can. If you’re looking for someone to make you feel amazing with your hair and give you up-to-date knowledge on the best styling and products you can do for your hair. This is the girl to go to.

I started seeing Mai at Studio MOD in the Fall. She is the first professional that I have seen consistently for my hair and I will not stop. She is friendly, interested and interesting and is simply a great person. She did my wedding hair and makeup this past weekend and I felt completely beautiful all dolled up while still feeling like myself. I would absolutely encourage all to visit Studio Mod. I have had Mai ( the owner ) for years ! I will never go anywhere else. She did my wedding and everything else in between. She is a professional in every possible way. I have not done hair with the girls there but clients seem happy and they look good! In addition she has a tattoo artist and awesome eyebrow lady!One stop shop!

I am new to Anchorage and my hair was way overdue for treatment. I am picky about who does my hair...I don't need much styling but good coloring is very important to me. I met a girl whose hair I thought looked fabulous and asked what hairstyling salon she went to. She mentioned Studio Mod and that all the stylists are superb. I was fortunate to get an appointment with Alesha who is very sweet and and I was extremely pleased with my color and cut. I would advise anyone not to wait until the last minute to get your hair appointment. I booked my next appointment before I left the salon.
