I had an amazing experience with Danny. Prior to my color appointment, she conducted a thorough color consult, including a test strand to ensure my hair could handle the color I wanted since I had recently dyed my hair black. Danny is highly knowledgeable in color and made sure my hair stayed healthy and strong throughout the process. The results turned out beautiful and went above and beyond my expectations. She also cut and styled my hair perfectly afterward. My hair has never looked or felt more healthy after a bleach and color service. I highly recommend Danny for anyone looking for top-notch color services. You will not be disappointed!

I REALLY wanted to like this place. Based on IG and their reputation I thought I’d be greeted by the staff. Instead when I walked in the door everyone looked up, didn’t say one word and went back to what they were doing. Based on IG posts I thought I would be greeted or at the very least offered a mimosa. I was offered nothing. (Strike 1) The hair wash did feel great although in getting a silk press my ear was hit w the iron. I did return and paid $200 ($180 for color + $20 tip) to have my dark blonde ends changed back to black. I thought they were known for their color. I didn't even want to leave a bad review because I liked this place been coming here for years, but yesterday I received not so satisfactory service. I booked an appointment last week for a 10:00am, got there at 9:53am and checked in for my appointment. When I first got there I was led to the shampoo bowl and was asked about my hair. I told the stylist that I would like for my hair to be rodded ( I booked a package for treatment with the option for silk press or rods for style)and she said that she really didn't have time to rod my hair. I said that was fine and that she could just do the other style. She then compromised and said she could curl it with out using so much heat which was fine because treatment and trim were more important to me anyway. She shampooed me then put some conditio

**UPDATE** The owner, Jas, reached out to me by phone asking me what happened. After I told her she explained that there was a mix up in communication due to the receptionist still being new. Jas went on to offer to refund my deposit and apologized for the inconvenience of it all which I greatly appreciated. ** I booked a color service at the salon a week and a half out. I placed my deposit, as was required, and at no point did anyone tell me the deposit was non-refundable. I called to cancel my appointment 4 days before the service because I found someone closer to where I live (1½ hours away). When I asked if my deposit to be refunded the receptionist said she had to check. I called the next day and she said they don't do deposit refunds for color services but they also don't take depo

Symone never ever disappoints! My daughter and I have been coming here for almost a year and have never had an unpleasant experience. Both of us have natural hair that always looks freshly relaxed once our silk presses are complete! She recommends trims, steam treatments, and is very knowledgeable on all products that work for our hair type. She is extremely professional, punctual, and always very pleasant. Definitely recommend!!!
