Always love our workout sessions with Justin!! My son and I see him once a week where we typically complete three well balanced and challenging strength training circuits. Justin, or “J-fit” as we call him, is great at keeping a good pace going ensuring we maximize the hour with the right amount of work-rest. Tunes are always on point and his equipment selection is top notch. According to my iWatch I’m usually burning around 500 calories. I’ve never left not feeling spent and have noticeably increased my overall strength the past several months, which given I’m in my 40’s has been awesome. Best trainer ever!! The only workout I look forward to going to. Completely changed the way I look at working out, food, and my body. I never follow through with anything but this is the only routine that I have happily stuck with. Justin is the best, could not recommend more!!
