I give a 1 star (which I never do), for the fact that we all are aware of the snow storm, i struggled getting hold of the person who was suppose to get me an uber, but he is in florida joining a charter cruise and the internet was bad at the port as he tried to get hold of me and visa versa, I did not know he struggled getting thru to me till over an hour before my apointment was with Mark. After I got hold of the guy he told me he struggled getting an uber as there was something wrong with the app, so I tried my best to call other taxi's in the area to get to the salon as I was so excited and waited so long for this day to arrive and all taxi's was booked and one could help but only at 4:15 pm which was too late and some taxi companies only speak spanish as I could not communicate there.

This salon is beautiful you feel welcome as soon as you walk in the door. Nora is the best! She listens to what you want and makes sure you leave happy everytime. I highly recommend booking!

I received a haircut from Mark today and it was fantastic! I've been dying to find a decent haircut around here and finally got one today. Mark took a lot of time and care to get my hair correct; I'm not someone who had a clear idea of the haircut I wanted, but Mark took the time to ask me what I desired and walked me through what he was going to do, and I love the final result.

I have been to this salon before and I love the vibe here. The salon is absolutely beautiful and everyone is so friendly. I've always felt welcomed and love that they offer me water, etc. They really make you feel special.. Today was my first experience with Mark. I can 100% say, I will be referring others to him and I will definitely book with him again. He's so incredibly nice and welcoming. He's gentle with your hair and a genius when it comes to helping you decide what would look best. He's so easy to talk to and I love how he gives tips on how to manage your hair at home. I literally walked in with a boring drab ponytail but left with beautiful layers and volume. Mark is fantastic! I would absolutely recommend this salon and I'd definitely recommend Mark! I made a last minute appointment today and they fit me right in with Nora. Nora has been the very first stylist that listened to what I wanted and then actually followed through. I’m 32! I’ve great hair stylist in the past but they always ended up doing what they wanted or not fully listening. That was not Nora. Nora was attentive, thorough and exceptional in so many aspects. I left extremely happy with my cut and color. I will recommend her to anyone and everyone moving forward. The studio was clean, welcoming and everyone was very friendly. All their products are vegan and cruelty free which was an amazing bonus!!!
