Went there today. Prices were great!!.... cut was about what you get for the price. I asked for layers and they went way too short. Looks like my hair got stuck in a fan. The other side is okay. The lady who cut my hair was nice and all, but was pulling my hair too taught when cutting, which caused large chunks missing from layers. Not coming back. I would take your chances elsewhere. Its what you get for the price.

I went here for the first time and am so happy with the results. I will definitely come back again. Also, I went there unsure of what I wanted. Color, style; etc. Christy helped me to find the perfect hair for me and I couldn't be happier.

Been coming here for a few years. Price is same, not like other salons who charge different each visit depending on what that person needs money for. Or look at what car you drive or your name to determine a price. Would drive 50 miles if I had to for this salon. Owner is very nice and professional. Recommend 💯 percent!

Disappointed to say the least - the woman who did my hair was extremely friendly and nice, but the color job was not what I expected at all, I knew it wouldn’t be exact to the reference photo, but it was way off, way. I showed her exactly what I wanted and she said she could do it, only to leave me disappointed and color it completely different, and some of my natural color is still showing through when it was NOT supposed to. I didn’t want to be rude to the nice woman, but I am not really happy with the outcome of my hair at all.

Loved my haircut. I am terrible with names but I got my hair done by the lady with awesome glasses. Very sweet. The place is very cute inside. Rustic feel. Clean amd professional. A nice place for being in Franklin for sure. Very roomy too for anyone concerned about small places due to covid.
