Friendly Barber Shop

Friendly Barber Shop is a true old-school neighborhood barbershop. Cindy, the owner and only barber, takes her time and gives a great cut, so you may have to wait, but it’s worth it. We stop in once or twice a year on our way to school or after spending time at the wave park across the street, and she’s always friendly, consistent, and good with kids. If you like a classic, no-frills barbershop with personal service instead of a rushed chain experience, this is a great spot to keep in your rotation.

Cindy is the best! I’ve been bringing my friend there for 12 years and she gives the best haircuts ..Highly recommended.

The place was nice homie and comfortable to be in, had a nice smell to it like Christmas, cinnamon and peppermint, would come back again.

I just took my 13 year old, very shy and nervous son to get a nice fade cut, a little long on top, and Cindy did great! She was very reassuring and understanding of his shyness and didn't push him to talk or anything. She was super kind, in a calm way, and we really appreciated the professionalism and comfortable, home like atmosphere. All that for a beyond generous charge at the end. I couldn't recommend Cindy, at The Friendly Barbershop in downtown Franklin NH, any more. Local, professional, comfortable and very generous pricing!
