Studio 7:14

Studio 7:14 was like walking into a space of peacefulness as you experience a warm greeting as they welcomed you in. The No Yoga class was like no other that I’ve taken. It was an easy class, of relaxation and just the right touch for working your muscles and clearing your mind. It’s definitely a class that I want to sign up for and the price its definitely a deal for me. There is a biblical counselor that was there, and she is just filled with kindness! She is someone I feel very comfortable talking to. I highly recommend you going for yourself and checking it out. Oh And I can’t wait to try out the salted sauna.

An amazing place to find natural healing using state of the art equipment! An incredible Biblical Counselor to assist with anything that’s challenging, an unbelievably soothing It’s Not Yoga class with great stretching instead of difficult poses, PEMF therapy, Far Infrared Sauna with sea salt available, and all the incredible herbs and remedies to meet many healthcare challenges!! So thankful to have something like this so close to home!!

Amazing experience!! I went in not knowing what I needed and was guided through the Apothecary products to make the best decision for my health needs. I cannot wait to return!!🤗

I love to do the “it's not yoga class” then go to the sauna. It's the best combo for relaxing and my back!
