Wonderful, knowledgeable staff and great atmosphere. Kayla is the best IMO. They offer Redken, Amika and Opalex products! This is my go to for years and whenever my fiance wants to get me a gift he knows to go here and I'll be thrilled!

I went there in confidence that this would be a new place for me to go to. I had asked the lady, please give me someone really good with the hair cut I wanted. She talked fast saying" everyone's good" and walked away before I could explain the type of style I would wanted. She was a bit rude about it. (Everywhere I've gone won't do the hair style I wanted because they aren't confident or unsure on how I would look) this older lady cut my hair. We argued about the cut I wanted. She told me I would look hideous with the cut I wanted and that I had no idea what I was talking about. #1 that is soooo rude!! #2 I went to cosmetology school. I know enough to do my hair. But I've been so busy it takes me longer to do my own than to go get it done. So I'm looking for someone to do it for me once in

I just left the salon and could not be more happy with my experience! I had a full highlight done and I have relatively long hair. Amy got me in and out of there in 2 hours! She took her time to make sure she knew exactly what I wanted and gave me exactly that:) I would recommend First Impressions to anyone and if you are blonde or need highlights, Amy is your girl!

The ladies here do wonderful work. Leslie is awesome and fun. She always helps to keep me looking and feeling my best.

Amy is great at giving me my haircuts. She is friendly and very good at what she does. Their prices are great too, but I am from Illinois, so my opinion is jaded. Lol
