I'm incredibly sad because I paid $550 for color and a haircut, and the result was very poor. I still can't look in the mirror without feeling disappointed. 😢😢😢😢 From the very day of the service, I pointed out that the color was too dark, despite having requested a golden caramel shade and delicate frame. I was told to wait and wash it twice, which didn't change anything. The highlights oxidized, and the cut was uneven. After three visits trying to correct the work, and with my hair already damaged, the only thing I was offered was to "come back to fix it." After this experience, I don't consider going back an option. Women look forward to this moment as an act of self-care, and having someone ruin the experience like this is devastating. This was hands-down the worst pedicure I’ve ever had — and I used to come here all the time. Clearly, the woman who used to do amazing work here is gone (probably moved locations with her whole team), because everything about this visit was off from the start. I walked in and there was only one tech, who didn’t speak much English, and the service was terrible. She filed my nails way too short, didn’t clean them properly, and I had to ask three times just to get her to file them evenly. Tools didn’t look clean, and it just felt sloppy. She then put cuticle oil all over my foot — not just the toes — and then layered lotion on top. My feet were so greasy I could barely walk. What’s the point of that? Zero attention to detail.
