Rae did an excellent job with both of my daughters' hair. She communicated well from start to finish and was very professional. She was also very accomodating to me and my girls, for example, putting it on something age appropriate for them to watch at their appointments, and listening to our suggestions. I was very grateful that she washes hair. I can't say how long I've been trying to find someone else to do my girls' hair, since their usual person is not great with communication, so sometimes, we're not able to get their appointments in when we would like. It has been a challenge because I've noticed that so many people wants you to come with hair already washed, and its always challenging, especially during school months, when they have to go right after school.
