Do not book an appointment online ladies! I don’t usually write bad reviews no matter the experience however I can’t let this slide. I booked an appointment for 7:00pm after booking there was a message that said appoint must be confirmed less than an hour later I gets a confirmed booking email appointment confirmed. I get to Studio 239 a little before 7pm. I walked in no greeting by neither one of the nail techs at all which was cool cause they were servicing other customers. After traveling through the rain after work with a family at home I find myself waiting there for almost an hour . I finally ask one of the nail techs not saying no names cause I’m not with throwing dirt on a persons name . I ask her name making sure she was the one I booked with and I said do you want me to come ba

Made an appointment for 4 today, less than 30 minutes before my scheduled appointment and I was 5 mins out, I received a notification saying that my appointment was cancelled. Didn’t get a message or a call as to why it was cancelled and I tried calling to sort it out and nothing on their end which is unprofessional. So disappointing considering the fact that this place was recommended to me.
