I got a haircut this morning and booked an appointment with Ken and had a bad experience. Before blow drying I asked him if he could use some heat protectant and he responded with I don’t know what it is and I don’t think we have it! You’re running a hair salon and you tell me you don’t know what a heat protectant is! I showed a reference video for my haircut and the guy very conveniently ignored it and the end result did not match my reference.

I had such a great experience at Studio 17. This was my first time going to this salon. Upon walking in, the salon is beautiful & clean. The staff was very welcoming/friendly. Cindy, who did my hair, did such a phenomenal job! She’s incredibly talented & very knowledgeable. She gave me some great suggestions to give my curls some extra love, as well as how to better manage my hair! Cindy also explained the science behind the hair suggestions which was great! I loved how my hair came out! I walked into the salon looking like cousin it & left looking like a brand new woman. I highly recommended this salon if you have curly(tight curls); I especially recommend Cindy. She really knows what she’s going. The way Cindy cut my hair was exactly what I wanted! She kept a lot of my length & layered

I've said before and I will say it again, I will only get my hair cut from Cindy! She's the best at it. Understands exactly what will look good on me rather than just going according to what i want. She cut the dry dead ends and gave subtle layers in order to make my hair look voluminous. And finished with soft curls and a big smile on my face!

I went to Studio 17 for the first time. They gave me amazing service and my hair colour is so subtle and . Nguyet was an experienced professional, who did an excellent job cutting, colouring, highlighting, setting my hair. I’m attaching some picture to show you how amazing it looks. The colour I did was mocha chocolate brown. Thank you Studio 17 & Nguyet!!
