Studio 1646 LLC

I was out of town and had a minor work emergency where I needed to take a half day to facilitate some hard conversations and meetings. The studio 1646 Team was so easy to work with. They helped me book a space, met me at the front door, annd showed me to a wonderful space to work for the day. AND- super fast WiFi.

What a great experience I had at this co-working space! The space is clean, well appointed, and easily accessible with coffee, water, snacks, a restroom, and good wifi. The owners were incredibly accommodating and so polite, making the stay even better! There's plenty of parking here for visitors. There are also plenty of nearby restaurants for lunch options, although easiest to get to with a car. They have medium sized private conference room as well as more open areas. I easily booked my day pass online the day before since I was just passing through. It was a very reasonable rate to top it all off. Definitely check them out!

We as the team of Faith Unfiltered are extremely grateful and satisfied with our visit to their studio. The atmosphere was very pleasant and comfortable. We were able to shoot our podcast in a peaceful climate and communication with the people was very easy and quick. We are extremely happy with our visit and highly recommend this place!

I’ve booked with Studio 1646 a couple times so that I could take some interviews. The space is always clean and fully equipped with everything I might need in an office. My room is already ready on time. The owner is also super communicative, nice, and friendly. I’ve told my mom about this studio since she runs her own business from home and she loves the space for deep work, collaboration, and taking meetings. I’m so so grateful that a space like this exists in Fort Myers. Thank you Studio 1646!

This space was so great! Christina was so attentive and consistently checking if we needed anything. If you’re looking for a meeting space, then this is the spot!
