A while ago I wanted to get my nails done. The only option was acrylics, which I was fine with. I asked in advance what the price will be, so I can be prepared with the money. After my service, the lady added an extra $10 for no reason, saying that’s the price. I didn’t say anything, but that’s the reason I don’t like going there. I spent like 2 hours just for painting that came off a week later. I respect hard workers, and I’ll pay as they want the price, but being taken advantage of; your money is absolutely not nice. I really hope everyone is aware of that.

I walked in the other day (it was Monday) and I wanted to get my eyebrows done. The store was open, so I thought walk ins would be okay, but when I walked in, immediately I was told by the guy that they can’t help me, “they’re closed”. He was just laying on the couch. Are these the people supposed to be working there? He didn’t even ask what I’d like, whether I want to make an appointment for future. The customer service is just really bad.

Great service and everyone is so nice! and the woman did my eyebrows did a great job. Her name is Pam and she lightly Tattooed my eyebrows with hairlike strokes and fill them in perfectly just the way I wanted her to. I highly recommend her if you want a natural fill into your eyebrows!

This has been one of the best haircuts I have ever got. The employees were really nice as was the owner. They also now have added more products and the nice lady will assist you with buying ones that will best suit your hair. I have booked a spa service as well which I heard is excellent with ambient music and good service. A must go place if you are in the area.

Hair color for Men is another great service I have been getting over here with Pamela. She is a great woman with good customer service. The environment is relaxing, very clean with good car parking space. I will recommend their services and I will keep using them.
