Bay Point Hair Nails

I had a horrible experience the main nail tech ann burned me with the nail drill cut a chunk of my cuticle i wouldn't stop bleeding and she also cut me with the nail file couple times I had to keep telling her to slow it down on filing my nail didn't care my nail polish did not.last the next day they chipped horrible experience with this place I paid for them just to chip also she did not clean the polish left behind but tried to take the polish off my nuckle with a nail file and burned me again definitely dont recommend this place at all they are always in a hurry to finish to get tothe next person and do the job really messy. 0/0

I've been living here for two years and finally decided to give this place a chance. They were able to squeeze me in the very next day. I got a gel Mani and regular Pedi. They had lots of colors to choose from and massage chairs. My appt was at 530 and they saw me right away, there was only one employee and she was finishing up with another client. I was finished around 645. I took off a star because it didn't say anywhere that it was cash only but they wanted cash. Ended up paying through Zelle. It was $60 before tip. I will go back and next time just be ready to pay cash. The place looks a little outdated but that doesn't bother me. The lady was nice and didn't seem bothered when I changed my mind about the color I picked and she redid one of them and then i asked for glitter on top. I'd
