I don’t like to leave bad reviews at places but the woman that opened the door for me was super rude… The door locks until they buzz you in. This was my first time here and I didn’t know that. I was let in and looked for the front desk when her shrill voice cackled “may I help you” in a tone as though I were doing something wrong. I was looking for a walk in appointment and she let me know her schedule was booked until the middle of October. Truthfully I wouldn’t have let her cut my hair anyway… She can’t even take care of her own hair. I walked out and won’t be making an appointment. I found a place a few miles away that didn’t take walk ins but wasn’t rude either and they were happy to make an appointment. I wish broom Hilda luck but I won’t ever go back to this place.

Lisa did root touch-up and trim. First time I met her and she was easy to talk to and did a great job on my hair. Big parking lot, comfy salon, relaxed atmosphere. Couldn't ask for more! I'm glad I tried this place out. I'll definitely go back again! So glad I found this place. UPDATE: Lisa is my permanent stylist now. I always love the way she does my hair. I'm never disappointed. Bumped up to 5 stars because that's the right rating for the salon, and Lisa.

Dagmar is amazing. Phenomenal at coloring and the cut awesome. She takes her time and does it right. Tried something new today and I love it! Glad to be back and open!

Lisa is awesome, so sweet and is the best. Love getting my hair colored or foiled by her.

We took my mother in law to several hair stylist until we had a referral from a lady in my mother-in-law new community. Emy at Studio 116 LLC, Emy is wonderful she talked to my mother-in-law with my husband interpreting for his mom. Emy did exactly what my mother-in-law wanted the first try. We are delighted to have found Emy. This has been over 5 yrs now since then. Since then we have moved farther away and moved my in-laws in with us and we still go see Emy at Studio 116 in Renton with mom. I would recommend Emy or her co-stylest to anyone. It's always a pleasant experience as all the stylist have been there for years and have a constant string of return customers. Very warm, welcoming, funny, and professional.
