I had such a great experience at Strouds Beauty ! I called on a Saturday night, just 15 minutes before closing, from Mt. Pocono—20 minutes away. The owner, not only confirmed they had what I needed in stock, but kindly stayed open late so I could get there. That kind of service is rare and truly appreciated. The selection is incredible—there’s so much to choose from—and everything is well-organized and easy to find. The service was fantastic from the moment I called to the moment I walked out with exactly what I needed. It was absolutely worth the drive from Mt. Pocono, and from now on, I’ll be making the trip here instead of going anywhere else. This store is a gem!

The best beauty supply store with great people accommodating all customers.

I traveled from NYC and went straight to visit Stroud Beauty Supply on 8/29/2024. As I was making a purchase I asked to use the rest room. The owner explained to me that in the past she had 2 customers with kids that wet up her toilet seat. They did not clean up behind themselves. So, she no longer allows anyone to use her rest room. She went on and on about not caring who it was. She would no longer be hospitable to customers, even in an emergency situation. With that, she then sent me next door to Dollar Tree. They no longer have public rest rooms either. I went back to ask her to please make an exception. She said no. I then decided to ask for a refund. SHE HAS A NO RETURN POLICY. I thanked her and told her I would never return or recommend her establishment. Her response was tha

Horrible customer service don’t go here. They don’t help with anything and they never have anything. There’s a better beauty supply store right across from the car dealership. The old lady told me to read the box instead of helping me find what I was looking for.
