Massage by Rebecca Poconos

I have been receiving somatic bodywork/ massage from Rebecca every two weeks for the past six months. As a chronically ill trauma survivor with a dissociative mind this has been a cornerstone in my healing journey. Rebecca is not only supremely talented at her work, she is kind, trauma informed, dedicated and goes above and beyond to always ensure my comfort. Prior to each session we discuss what needs to address, and how we would like to do so - and after she always tells me what to expect. I am incredibly blessed to have Rebecca in my corner.

I started seeing Rebecca for prenatal massage. It was a great experience. I felt so comfortable and she was very kind, professional, knowledgeable and ensured that I was comfortable before, during and after the massage. I just had my first massage with her postpartum and it was fantastic. She made sure to focus on my trouble areas while also giving an extremely relaxing massage. I highly recommend!

Rebecca has been doing my prenatal massages basically my whole pregnancy. She’s been very accommodating to the belly but isn’t afraid to give a deep massage. With my prior pregnancy, massage therapists seemed to be afraid to actually rub out sore/tight muscles and actually make an impact on how my body feels. She works around a torn meniscus and is very knowledgeable about the body as a whole. My availability is limited yet Rebecca stays very accommodating and flexible to get me an appointment. I am looking forward to getting post-natal massages once baby comes. I would have been 10x more uncomfortable/miserable if I didn’t find Rebecca this pregnancy. I’m not sure who is more grateful - me or my husband 🤪 10/10 recommend

I was struggling all week with pain in my shoulders and neck and I was so glad Rebecca had a last minute opening for me! She focused on my problem area, gave great feedback on where the paint was coming from, and I'm happy to report that I was able to MOVE the next day :) I was sore as to be expected, but after 48 hours I felt total relief. Rebecca is knowledgeable, attentive, and offers a great massage. I'm thankful I found her services!

Had my first massage here today. It was genuinely amazing & the pricing is wonderful for the service she provides, as well as the quality & time. I had so much tension in my upper neck/shoulder area & my thighs/legs, one hour & everything felt so loosened up & light & amazing. Great experience, will definitely be coming back. Rebecca is also super kind & cautious, she makes sure everything is perfect for you & your preferences! Loved it. I recommend this to anyone in the area looking for a good massage place, this is definitely the best!
