As a bodyworker, I place a lot of physical demands on my body, and I need bodywork that can help me recover and heal from all the hard work I do. I had my first massage with Paula today. We decided to start with the lymphatic massage followed by a relaxation massage. Paula is so informative and welcoming. She walked me through the process of the lymphatic massage because it was my first time and made sure I was comfortable during the entire treatment. I have received 100s of massages in the past, but hands down no one beats Paula’s. You can tell and feel that this is an absolute passion of hers, and her talent and dedication is unmatched. AMAZING!! I dont get massages as often as I should, but getting older and stiffer, she can make you feel looser and lighter. Very comfortable, quiet and relaxing.
