Do Not Buy Strivectin - Sends Expired Products! I just bought a set from Strivectin (directly) at full price — Peptight Face Lift Serum (1 oz) and TL Advanced Tightening Neck Cream PLUS (1.7 oz) — and received what can only be described as expired garbage. The face serum smelled foul the moment I opened it; it was clearly rancid. The neck cream was the same — rancid, unusable, and sold to me as if it were fresh. I checked the lot numbers: the Peptight Face Lift Serum is 3 years and 4 months old, and the TL Advanced Tightening Neck Cream PLUS is 2 years and 8 months old. Selling products that old — without disclosure, at any price, and shipped to a paying customer — is unacceptable. I just finished my third bottle. My dark spots are still there, my skin tone still the same. StriVectin has the worst customer service, I’ve bought the third vitamin c bottle from their official website, when I received it the serum was dark so I called them and told them that I would like to either return it or replace it. They said that the serum is perfectly fine and there is nothing wrong with it. They declined to help me further.

Been using Strivectin products since 1972. Never had to contact customer service but I was overcharged on my most recent purchase. Called twice & was advised via recording to request a link to text. Never received it. Also sent an email but no response. Because of the overcharge & their refusal (by no communication) to rectify, I will no longer make any purchases.

Created Label for my order and never shipped it. No Refund/No Contact via Email/No Callback after leaving Voicemail/No Twitter Response. It's like they are here to take our money and leave us without any products. I see a big trail of the same issues on Twitter. Never would I have thought that this company would do such a thing.

I had a chance to trial their Intensive Concentrate For Eyes through a subscription box. I've enjoyed all the different products until this one. I used a 1.5mm spot of cream on my finger and dabbed around orbital bone as directed. After 1.5 hours my skin started burning and swell. I've never had a reaction like this before and question the lack customer support after 24 hours of contacting them.
