StretchMed Andover

I had a great first experience with the StretchMed method of static stretching and body rehabilitation after finding myself needing a more structured approach to flexibility training after an injury that took me away from my regular exercise and barre workouts. Andrew did a great job of explaining and guiding me through every aspect of the process, from initial assessment to warm ups to the table stretches. I’m excited to see how things develop~!

Extremely enjoyable and beneficial. The stretch therapist was knowledgeable, pleasant and very helpful. Rates are exceedingly reasonable. I would highly recommend it as part of everyone's wellness program.

A great experience! It was my first time trying out this type of service and it was an amazing experience to feel my muscles loosen up as we went through the stretching. It was really cool to notice and compare the difference between my loosened muscles and my tense, tight muscles. We all really need to stretch more on our own in conjunction with assisted stretching. Leah worked with me on stretching and was very personable and knowledgeable of the services and benefits of stretching. Highly recommend this service!

I had a wonderful experience of receiving my first stretch with Jake at Stretch Med! Jake listened very attentively to what I wanted to focus on and the whole experience felt very relaxing and supportive of deeper rejuvenation - not just relaxing for the muscles that got really good stretching, but also for my mind and spirit. I highly recommend this site! My therapist, Brendon, is kind, patient, and gives clear explanations and instructions regarding each stretch to be performed. He constantly checks on my comfort. I thank him and all the staff for providing such a wonderful experience!
