Great place. I wanted natural looking acrylic French nails and Nancy nailed it. Nancy was my nail tech. She is a pro. She was so kind and detail oriented. The environment is very calm and relaxing. I highly recommend.

Nancy was very efficient with time knowing I only had 2 hours to do gel x and pedi before another appointment. She did an amazing job on my birthday nails. I will definitely be back!!

I moved back to Massachusetts from Florida and I don’t know the Andover well. I googled search nail salons near me and Lily Nails and Lash was the top rated. I booked an appointment and sat with Nancy. I told Nancy what I wanted which was French pointed tips and a painted flower. Not only did she executed what I wanted but she gave me a 3D flower. I’m so obsessed with my nails! I am 100% going to be a loyal client of hers. Thank you ladies for getting me in last minute and doing an amazing job on my nails!

My nail tech was kind and I could tell she cares about her job — unfortunately there seemed to be a miscommunication because I wanted a dip French and ended up with a gel (by the time I realized what was happening it was too late). The gel tips chipped within just a few days and then to make matters worse my nails started breaking off on the corners which never happens with dip. It looked nice when I left, it just didn’t last (I’m used to getting manicures that last 4 weeks) and my nails ended up way weaker sadly. It’s just a bummer because I can only really budget to get my nails done once a month. But I did get one other manicure here in the past that was good!

Amazing. Chloe did my nails exactly like I wanted! The service was above what I expected and so were my nails. I highly highly recommend both Ivy and Chloe! 💕
