Stretching Your Life - Kim Ortloff

I have had two SYL sessions with Merisha Phillips and both were five star experiences! After asking me about any specific problem areas, the stretching exercises were tailored to address those needs. (e.g., neck aches, relief from sciatica). Throughout the session, explanations were provided of the specific muscles being worked. Helpful tips were also provided on how to continue doing the exercises at home. During the sessions, the hands- on stretching was gentle, but challenging and certainly pushed me more than I could do on my own. I left feeling pain-free and significantly more limber.

Merisha was very attentive to my issues of tightness in my hamstring and lower back areas. I felt improvement after one session! I am doing the recommended stretches on my own and will be back for another session soon!

Kim Ortloff literally wrote the book on proper stretching, and she practices what she wrote…very well. I know several people that credit Kim with their ability to physically function normally. I’ve gone to her off and on for years as needed for both stretching maintenance and injury recovery.
