Stretch Zone

I have been attending StretchZone Dunedin about twice per week for quite some time now and have had a consistently positive experience. Paetyn and Hannah are truly the backbone of this location, providing an attentive and personalized focus at every visit. They customize each stretch to address individual needs from head to toe. I am now six months post–ACL reconstruction surgery, and Paetyn did an excellent job prior to and shortly after my surgery, focusing on improving my lower body flexibility while also helping to protect my knee from re-injury. I have also noticed significant improvements in my shoulder mobility as well. The assisted stretching has had a strong impact on my sports training, and Paetyn and Hannah make every visit enjoyable.

Paetyn is outstanding, her stretching techniques are second to none!! My back and joints crack and realign themselves thanks to her firm yet gentle stretching regimes. An absolute pro!! I do stretching sessions with her two to four times a month, a lot more rounds in the 80s!!

Thought I would give this a try to see if it could provide more flexibility after an industrial accident many years ago. It was amazing how with very little assistance, the feeling of the stretching was intense. What was even more incredible was how much better I felt when I walked out the door. Thanks Hananah
