Heather is a gifted massage therapist with excellent knowledge of the body and healing intuition. She immediately put me at ease as a first time client taking a thorough history and explaining her unique combination of therapies. Her studio is professional yet inviting and relaxing, with teaching tools hanging on the walls. Another thing I really respect about her is she makes sure to get her own massages regularly and her dedication to her own self care comes through as she works on you.
