I had my first stretch at Stretch Zone Darien with Kam. What a wonderful experience. I’m very stretchy and have trouble getting a good stretch. He was able to stretch me. Also, my back is very very tight and he was able to help me move a bit better. I’m already booked for next week!

Today was my first time for this type of experience in stretching and it was honestly great. A good way to loosen those tight muscles and areas of the body.
