Absolutely amazing experience! Jessica gave me the best sports massage ever. Been to lots of places throughout my life and had many sports massages and this is hands down the best. Jessica is super knowledgeable and is great at explaining the why behind the techniques implemented. Came in with lots of ailments and left feeling like a completely new person!

I had my first massage with Roberta today. I had extensive neck surgery 3 months ago and have continued, non- stop, moderate level pain at best. My physical therapist recommended NV Cryo. I had literally the best massage I have ever had - Roberta instinctively knew exactly what I needed and how much I could tolerate and was very kind and caring toward me. I have follow up appointments booked already. I felt so much better when I left I think I may actually be able to sleep for the 1st time in a long time. In a nutshell - Roberta is FANTASTIC.

I am in my early 50's. I am quite active and workout regularly, but do sit at a desk for work and find my lower back and hips just tend to be unhappy. Going to Jessica for massage has greatly reduced this situation! She is so in tune with the body and knows just where the lock-ups are. She is personable and professional. Jessica's services are top notch. I never felt better! Thank you Jess. Can't wait for my next visit!

This is THEE BEST massage I have had in 15 years! I worked as an acrobat for Cirque du Soleil and the trainers there gave great massages as well and Jessica is definitely on their level! Very friendly, knowledgeable about the body and has incredible hands! I would recommend her to anyone looking to get an excellent massage and just to feel better physically! If I could give more stars I would!

Holy smokes! I didn't know how badly I needed this. Jessica is absolutely amazing. She knows her stuff and is an absolute monster. I'm a big fat slob, turned away by many of the fragile masseurs in the region. Not here. She got all up in there and had me feeling like a million bucks. Highly recommended!
