Kaylyn is so talented and detail orientated from the hot towel to completely correcting something another stylist did or I thought my hair was ruined and she brought it back to life. She was so caring and understanding and I cannot recommend her enough if you want someone who cares almost as much as you about your hair you've got to go see Kaylyn

The place is beautiful and clean, the lady was really nice, and the seats were super comfy, but the haircut I got was nothing like what I asked for. I asked her to keep my hair long (I insisted multiple times and even explained that I hadn't gone to a salon in 10 years because hairstylists always cut more than I want). She assured me she would only cut an inch, but she ended up cutting at least five inches. The worst part is that the first picture is the inspiration I showed her, and the second one is what I ended up with. I started crying as soon as I got to my car. I really hate being that customer who leaves a negative review, but I am genuinely so upset. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this place if you have curly hair or if you're looking for a stylist who won't cut way more than you

I found this place based off the awesome aesthetics it had and it made me feel good from just looking at it. I was looking for a new girl in my area as I had been going to someone prior in Tahoe.
