I have had a very serious fear of going to a salon to get my haircut because I have come away with so many disastrous results. I have been cutting my own hair lately, however I really wanted a proper haircut before starting a new job in a new state, so I nervously set up an appointment (which I had to reschedule twice due to conflicts on my end - so grateful for the rare ability to schedule online!). Kate did an excellent job on my hair. My hair is fussy: frizzy, wavy, grows in unevenly with different thicknesses, and takes a decade to dry. I asked for my split ends to be trimmed off, keep the healthy length, framing around the face. I mentioned that my hair benefits from thinning out the weight in some spots, and she handled that very well. I was super stressed and had a busy day ahead,
