Christine is the best. I love her. She listens to me and gets it done perfectly every time. I have thick curly hair for reference.

Please do not EVER go to this salon. Four hours and $350 later I had beautiful color, until I washed it...it became so matted in the shower, even after conditioning, I couldn't even get a brush through it. The salon told me that was supposed to happen (???). It was so damaged after their services I literally could not get a wide toothed comb through it...on average, it NOW takes me 25 minutes just to brush through it. When I tried to communicate all the trouble I've had to the owner, despite doing additional treatments they suggested (spending more $$), the owner told me she's putting me on a "complainer" list and to not come back. Plus, I went to ANOTHER salon to see about fixing the damage and she discovered even more mistakes (see pictures). I have spots on my hair the Inspire technic

Highly recommend Anna! She is very attentive, helpful, hard-working and did a phenomenal job on my hair cut and hair color. She is very accommodating and pays really close attention to what I was looking for. She will be sure you walk out of the salon absolutely loving your hair. Amazing services and a beautiful salon. I will be back again!!

My bridal party came here to get our hair and makeup* done before my wedding, and we had the best time! It was an early start, but they had coffee, let us pick the music, and allowed us to bring in snacks and food so no one was uncaffeinated or hangry. We left exactly on schedule and, best of all, everyone LOVED their hair. I wanted mine curled, and Anna did it perfectly—by the time we started photos a few hours later, my hair had relaxed to perfect curls. Even at the end of the night, more than 14 hours later, I still had wave in my hair. *The salon didn’t have a makeup artist available, so we asked Winlulee Beauty By Meghan Johnson LLC. This place is great! I've had my hair cut by several different stylists and all have been wonderful. I also took my toddler for the first time today and Jackie did an amazing job with him! So glad this salon is in Franklin!
