Strand Nail

A little pricy. I only got a spa + gel pedicure. Included a massage. Went REALLY quick, which was great for me since I was popping in for an emergency pedi before my show across the street. Staff was really kind and sweet, though, and the polish looks good!

Awful, 134$ I had for service a spa feet manicure and regular nail polish + gel nails polish for my hands. The person ask repetition for a tip of 20%. Minimum and being mean. They were very nice but look at the picture the nails are really not well done. The first picture is yesterday evening after manicure the other are the next morning. Awful.

I am staying at a hotel just 3 blocks from here and passed it while walking and decided to pop in… wish I had read reviews first. Makes sense now why in such a busy city there was not a single customer inside. 1. They had me pay before they did the service which is odd but I’m here on business, not from around here and assumed maybe that’s the flow of things here. 2. She demanded I tip… mind you this is before the service is even done. How do I know how much I want to tip if I haven’t seen the quality of the work? Ridiculous. 3. They don’t speak English at all, which made communication frustrating to say the least… I am first generation American, my own family barely speaks English but if you’re going to work in customer service I feel you should have some understanding of the language. 4

I went there to get my acrylics done and it was HORRIBLE! Instead or putting acrylic powder the lady put a GLUE over my nails. The shape was so messed up and the color was all over the place. When I said that I’m not satisfied they gave me attitude and asked me to pay half the price which was 50$! I wouldn’t even pay 5$ for it. When I came my nails where much better. Also she kept cutting me and hurting my nails through 3 hours I spent there! And when I said I’m not gonna pay for it she CHOPPED THEM OFF!

Walked in to remove my acrylic nails and go back to natural. I’ve been doing my nails for 3 years, never have I experienced this type of service. The most incompetent manicurist ever she was filing my nails and cut me multiple times. I was literally in tears. She said “I should be patient” . They need to shut this place down. Rude and unqualified. Didn’t get a picture of the painted nail but they came out horrible. DO NOT GO HERE.
