Stow Nails

Had Girlfriend come in to get her nails done and they completely did not do what she wanted. Filed her nails down way too short. Has cuts all over her fingers where she was bleeding. Then when approached about refund we got into arguing match! Very unprofessional and not good quality at all.

DO not go to stow nails!! Got my nails done there on Friday when I was in town the lady left the red dip all over my nails and 3 have already fallen off. I got my nails done a month ago in Indiana and they lasted over a month without 1 chip. I called to see if they can do something about it and he said “what if it was your fault?” I’ve had my nails done for years… if it starts chipping the day after it’s definitely not my fault… then 2 days later 2 more chip… this place is AWFUL!!!!! Go somewhere else!!! Had to use alcohol wipes 3 times to get the red around my nails off.

I wanted to walk out so bad, I don’t think I need to even say much just look at the photos. I wish if the nail artist was not comfortable or unable to match a design the customer ask that they would decline. I paid over 50 dollars for a gel fill and terrible nail art I had to take off as soon as I got home. I would never let my client leave looking like this. I wouldn’t return if you paid me it looks like my 4 year old did them. I wish I was making this up.

Got my nails done not even an hour ago. I had to ask for my big toe to be fixed after she clipped a few pieces of clear gel away and left it lifted up. I get home and my pinky toe skin was covered in gel, which made it come right up trying to file the extra away. Never going back.

I went in and had my nails done on Friday Nov 2nd by the gentleman who works there. I paid 45 dollars for a full gel set. I explained, or should I say tried to explain, that once he was done it looked like he didnt paint my nails close enough to the nail bed on the top or the sides and that it made it appear as my nails needed to be filled already. He tried to fix a couple of them but he was just not seeing why I was not happy... I've had multiple people tell me that they would never have left with them looking like they do, and I wish I wouldn't have...
