I though I was going to like this place because they were fast but my nails didn’t even last. I got gel polish on my nails and most of them are lifting/ already chipping. I only got them done 7 days ago. I got regular polish on my toes and they look so ugly. Here are the before and after

I love my nails this place is very clean and professional with reasonable prices. Since I moved here this has been my go to place for my nails, pedicure, and eyebrow waxing

I visited this establishment Thursday, 4.22.21 around 6:30p. There were very busy, I waited approx 35min with an estimated wait time of 25min, no problem. Once sitting down to receive my services (fill-in and ombré color change), as the technician began to file my ombré acrylic off my nails, I explain in detail what and how I wanted my nails. She apply ombré acrylic but you can see the separation in the two colors and she didn’t take time to file my nails to look uniform. She was adamant for me to wear sharp square nails after I explained multiple times that I wanted soft edges. Also she tells me she didn’t like my oval shape because she think it didn’t look good, however I am a natural person and if I’m paying for a service, I prefer to have the services that I am paying for not what you

This place is always crowded so I decided that I would try them for the first time. NEVER AGAIN! They called out a young guy to do my nails. Usually the guys are some of the best nail techs, but this kid had my nails looking like a 3 year old did them. I should have known that he had little experience by the way he was laying the acrylic. It was absolutely terrible! By the time he was done my nails looked like I had fat books for nails. Then I guess the "owner" asked me to see my nails and she knew they were Terrible too as she continued to take my $75 I paid for that atrocity. I ended up going to the beauty store and buying up Hella nail files just to go home and try and file them down. They were just that fat y'all... FAT AND BIG AS HELL. I won't ever go back! Owner was disrespectful and got mad because I asked the nail tech why is she doing different sizes on my nails. Instead of properly educating the owner came over being disrespectful saying I shouldn't be asking any quest "she is the big boss and they been to school". After putting g her in her place about proper service I told her she can pop my nails off. I will never go back.
