Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa

While I left with a reasonable glow, I felt somewhat dissatisfied with my experience getting a facial due to how time was alloted. I have gone to this location twice before for the same service, but this was the first time I felt overwhelmed by the constant shilling of skincare products and facial upgrades when all I wanted to do was relax. To be fair, I was asked if I wanted a silent service, but I have not felt that to be necessary in the past, especially since its reasonable for estheticians to relay facial analysis and to recommend products. However as I watched the clocked I noticed my esthetician had spent 20 minutes talking without so much as even touching my face and that does not include intervals of time between procedures. Cammiah at the front desk was welcoming, sweet, and took the time to explain the membership option in detail. The location was clean and welcoming also. I will be back and I definitely recommend this location!

I had an amazing experience with Marquita.The staff was very professional and she made sure I was very comfortable throughout my session. The ambiance was calm and soothing. This was a birthday gift from my daughter which made me feel completely relaxed and rejuvenated. Highly recommend!!!
