Stone & Spa Healing Retreat and Sanctuary

My partner and I had such a relaxing experience at Stone and Spa to celebrate our anniversary. We booked 1.5 hour access to the spa and each had a one hour hot stone massage. Shoshanna greeted us and showed us the amenities when we arrived and was so welcoming and professional! The massage was so lovely and we both enjoyed our time outdoors enjoying nature together. Highly recommend - we hope to be back soon!

My girlfriends and I went to Stone & Spa for a spa retreat and it was absolutely heavenly! The indoor/outdoor spaces are so beautiful, peaceful and cozy, and Shoshanna clearly put a lot of thought into every detail - the robes, slippers, teas, candles and tarot decks - everything was perfect! Shoshanna was incredibly accommodating and easy to communicate with so that we had the best private spa retreat experience. Some of the girls got massages and loved Shoshanna's healing touch - her energy is so lovely and she's really created a wonderful space for healing & relaxation!!

Shoshanna truly offers a healing sanctuary! The hot stone and warm oil massage was a perfect way to relax and release tension. My favorite part was the facial and scalp massage that she included at the end of the session. She took her time, made me feel at ease, and communicated thoroughly. I also spent time in her large float pool/hot tub and in her spacious sauna. She has an incredible setup of experiences to soothe and pamper anyone who needs some TLC. Highly recommend!

Stone and Spa is a hidden gem in Chapel Hill! My wife and I were both extremely happy with our warm oil and hot stone massages! It was so relaxing. It was out first time and we didn't know what to expect but Shoshanna walked us through the experience and tailored it to each of us! The giant float spa hot tub was at the perfect temp and the sauna was also wonderful. If you're looking for a unique and relaxing experience then you've found it!

This is my third visit to Shoshanna for Shirodhara and I cannot recommend her or this treatment enough. Shoshanna is so warm and talented. Her spa is tucked in the woods, it is so serene, and it is a gift to be able to partake in the hot tub, sauna, and her services. If you haven’t tried Shirodhara, you must. It is soothing in a way that I cannot even describe, my nervous system completely settles unlike any other treatment. I can’t wait to come back for a spa day with my girlfriends.
