Im honestly very upset with my most recent nails that I got. I spent $50 on my dip nails. During my visit the nail tech burnt my nails multiple time and was using the nail file to the point where I started to bleed. Half of my nails were not shiny and had them re do them with a gel top coat instead of the quick drying. Not only 2 days later, and my nails are chipping.

They do not honor appointments first. I watched several people, along with myself, who had appointments, sitting and waiting in the middle of their services while they took every single walk-in, causing everyone interrupted service. A man (who I assume was the owner or manager) was also answering the phone while he worked on a portion of my manicure. He took every one of the calls for "appointments" without checking a book or computer for openings and never writing them down. So don't bother calling ahead, they obviously take everyone all the time. Secondly, they did things in unusual order; like wrapping my finger nails for removal, then bringing me over to the pedi chair, leaving me without use of my hands during my pedicure, until I made them remove the foils half way through. For $165 I expected more. My nails look like I’ve had them on for at least 2 weeks and I literally just got them done yesterday. There was no prepping of my nails except for buffing off the shine. The nails have a bunch of bumps and dips, the side walls are missing and the gel glue is attached to the skin. My nails look nothing like I wanted them to. The eyebrow waxing smh, they didn’t even brush the brow out first before applying the wax. This establishment is beautiful however it’s over priced and over rated. You live and you learn they say.

Always do a great job and are clean quick and professional. I usually get the green tea pedicure and gel mania. Loved how they did on my most recent nail art request.

I got a milky white gel manicure and I loved it! Unfortunately, I had broken a nail an hour before my appointment, but the lovely nail tech was able to glue it and save it. Excellent service!
