My facial with Randi Lancellotti at Pier Spa was incredible. As a repeat customer, I can say that she consistently exceeds expectations. She is so lovely, thorough in her treatment, uses wonderful products, and has the most relaxing massage bed, room, and music. My facials have included a head, shoulder, arm, and hand massage that left me like a puddle. I highly recommend!

Beth is an incredibly skilled and intuitive massage therapist. She brings a thoughtful, intentional approach to every session—always using just the right amount of pressure and technique based on what your body truly needs. I often come in with pain or tension in one area, and she has a remarkable ability to locate the actual source of the issue and release it with a combination of deep tissue work, targeted stretching, and energy work. Her sessions are both therapeutic and restorative. Beyond her technical skills, Beth is personable, kind, and genuinely responsive. She creates a safe, welcoming space where healing can really happen. The spa is clean and calming. Highly recommend both Beth and Pier Spa.

I’ve had multiple sessions with Beth L., both deep tissue massage and cranial sacral ~ exceptional experiences always! She is patient, non-judgmental and very knowledgeable. Her presence is kind and she shows a genuine interest in making sure the session meets your needs. My fibromyalgia flare ups have lessened, due to my cranial sacral sessions and I leave feeling calm, relaxed, lighter and often more energized.
