I arrived to this nail salon around 4:45 pm on 2/9/26. The Manicurist, John has the worst attitude. I gave 2 stars because of John’s attitude. The French tip gel overlay was nicely done. However, the 2 stars are because of John’s unprofessionalism. John’s attitude was rude and disrespectful after he questioned me as to how I answered him. John painted one nail with a French tip and asked me how did the French tip look so far and I replied, “It looks fine.” I was not upset when I answered him and he had not painted the rest of my nails yet. However, John questioned how I answered him. I didn’t answer him in a rude tone or disrespectful manner. While painting my nails John lectured me that I should’ve given him a better answer. John was not joking and was argumentative with me. Then John
Overall amazing service! Me and my aunt walked in around 6pm an hour before they closed. They still took us luckily even though they were busy. My nail design was very hard. I had Mindy and she didn’t get done til around 8pm! Mindy did my nails perfectly. The environment is so welcoming they were all around me and Mindy as she was doing my nails saying how good she was doing and how they looked. Me and my aunt had so many conversations with them. I would definitely come here again! (There is 2 examples & results😍). We tipped her $40!!
Upon walking in, the staff is kinda friendly the place is clean They even offer champagne why you get your feet and your hands done This was my first time there and I had a nail that was hurting and the nail tech noticed but didn't do anything about, just went on doing my nails when done after my nail still kinda hurts and it feels like it might break. And she didn't hear me say French tip so I didn't get it. All that for a $55 fill.
They were quick and efficient and my nail tech made my nails look very nice:) I suggest calling him beforehand as they can get somewhat busy, I had to wait 15 minutes, but that was no issue! There is plenty of parking shared with the Home Depot lot, and this location is also accessible byseveral bus lines .
I noticed a tech (Danny) had a beautiful set of nails on; so I asked if I could get my nails done like that….. Danny was so polite meticulous and eager to alter the designs that I originally wanted. I love my nails and Danny has gained a customer. 10/10
