Stealth Aerospace, an FDH Company

Customer service falls short to expectation, to say the least. To quote from their phone -op "if you don't get a reply back in 24 hs. consider your inquiry a no bid." How this company is in business, let alone wins any sales is a mystery to me. They seem to have zero care for the customer, or cultivating a good relationship.

The Sales Team is faceless and impersonal, they were totally uncooperative in helping us with conforming to FAA requirements with vendor surveys, by not even agreeing to fill out a simple form. Without this quality compliance they are no longer approved vendors. As a result we have not ordered from them in over a year.
