Station 10 Barber

My son and I went in this Saturday and had a great experience with Pam. She was patient but also quick and efficient (kids don’t want to sit still)! Then I got mine done,and Pam’s the first barber who actually listened to what I wanted. This will definitely be a new Niles tradition. 10/10 recommend!

Pamela is hands down the best barber/stylist I’ve ever had. She’s incredibly kind, professional, and truly takes her craft seriously. Every appointment starts with a thoughtful discussion about the plan, and she takes her time to make sure everything is exactly right. She listens, offers great input, and then executes perfectly every single time. I’ve been so impressed with her consistency and attention to detail that I’ve followed her to Station 10 just to keep sitting in her chair. If you’re looking for someone who genuinely cares about their clients and delivers top-tier results, Pamela is it. Highly recommend! 5 Stars!

This shop has such a welcoming vibe the second you walk in. You can tell real skill lives here. I’m super picky about my long hair because most people can’t do a true scissor cut without taking off too much or messing up the blend but Pamela was perfect. Clean, even, and kept my length exactly how I wanted. The beard trim was just as solid: sharp, detailed, and balanced. I also love the Richmond memorial feel and history in the space it gives the shop real character and makes the whole experience feel elevated, not just a quick haircut. If you’ve got long hair and a beard and want someone who actually knows what they’re doing, this is the spot.

Pamela did an incredible job. I’ve always had a hard time finding a barber that can do layering and scissor work on my longer hair. The communication was amazing, asking for pictures well before my haircut was scheduled and it felt like she really understood what I was asking for. Best haircut I’ve had, hands down. The flow is flowing.

I love the owner so much! She does a great job on my hair!! She's so friendly and I love talking to her! Her shop is the cutest! I love getting my hair done for so many reasons! It's like going to a friend's house for a visit!
