Had a great experience here! The hair wash was really relaxing! The guy the cut my hair did an amazing job as well. He knew exactly what I wanted after talking to him and made my vision come to life! Thank you.

I recently had a very disappointing experience at a hair salon, and I feel compelled to share it so others can avoid a similar situation. Poor management and unexpected costs as been told by phone with front desk. I booked an appointment for my daughter at 10:30 AM and mine at 11 AM. While they found my booking, we were left waiting, and it took over an hour for my daughters hair services to begin. When I inquired about prices a week prior, I was quoted $160 for a keratin treatment, along with a $30 deposit. However, when the final bill came, it exceeded $500, with the treatment costing $350 instead. Additionally, the children's haircut, advertised at $25, ended up costing $55 for each child. Think twice before going here. ESPECIALLY if your appointment is with a man named Vinny. I went there for a cut, bleach and dye. The bleach hurt worse than it ever had, including at home bleaching! The next day I found SCABS from how long/what product/the application the bleaching was! I have NEVER had this problem when I have bleached my hair myself. When it came to the dye it was not saturated properly and it was all over my forehead, sides, and back of neck. Again more sloppy than I have done MYSELF at HOME. During the bleaching process he also told me to let him know if it hurt and when it was (really badly) he was gone and I had to go to the front desk to find someone to find him. Visited the salon this past Saturday (Feb. 3) for a haircut. The woman who did my hair was also tending to someone else and clearly overwhelmed and did my haircut rather quickly. I asked for long layers. When I left, everything looked fine (it was styled) Over the past few days I’ve become increasingly aware of the choppy and uneven cutting. I even posted pictures on Reddit hair subpage asking if this is what layers were supposed to look like and received many comments about my haircut looking really really bad. I called the manager and was informed I could not get a refund, and instead needed to come back to get it fixed. Refunds are only issued after you come back in for them to attempt to fix it, and you still don’t like it. I don’t want to risk a bad haircut again. I personally do not

I made an appointment with Jin because I thought having a higher tier person would help but she gave me a bad cut and styled my hair horribly. It was frizzy, have straight have curly. I was so depressed I literally cried. She gave me choppy cut and said she would fix it if I can come back in, I do not want her near my hair again so be weary and DONT GO TO HER. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE (not only did she give me a horrible cut even asked for tip afterwards def do not recommend)
